Last night Fancy Bump played at the Snug Lounge and it did not go so well. We went on second, too much time spent on set-up because there were some problems with Johnny's personal pa. Several times it came unplugged from audience members getting on stage, which cut out guitar and vocals, then the guitar itself shorted out completely. So it ended up being a wreck. I don't think a single song went off without a hitch of some sort. We finally ended it about halfway through. The bands we played with were great, hopefully we get the opportunity to do it all again with better results.

Latest Train Wreck Variety Show. This one was a blast. We had two special touring acts that were both great. Ryan Davis of a band called The Rust came out and did a dark bluesy dirge and Fun Abuse did some high-intensity ska-punk. We also had a few regulars get up and perform like Paxton and Jesse. Anyone who missed this week really missed out on a great show.

This was a fun TWVS. We had a few people come perform. Lonnie made up songs on the spot with people in the audience shouting out things to sing about. Jesse Martin performed some stuff that was heard here for the first time anywhere. Pretty cool night. I let our friend Rah Rah write up our setlist, so it was an unusual one.
