 This year's 2nd Annual Punk BBQ at Your Mom's Place was bittersweet. It was great getting together again for good food and camaraderie among some of the punk scene, but sad because our friend Bonnie couldn't be there. We held a memorial in the evening where we said some words and had a shot in her honor. Photos were on display and we took donations to send to her mother to help with transportation getting her ashes spread to all the cities her friends reside. The bands that performed were The Killings, Anarchy For Assholes, Violent Affair, Giraffe Massacre, The Nobodys and myself.

Setlist: Christophe Murdock - 3-17-2019 The Resonator Institute, Norman, OK

 For St. Patrick's Day I was at the Resonator in Norman. There were a handful of touring bands. Two separate shows booked, one early and one late. I spoke with the Resonator and we decided to throw me on inbetween shows. Un-announced or promoted. Just a little surprise for the people there. Had a blast. Lots of cool acts. The early show was The Stools and the late show was Juniper Douglas, LOOSE, Shawn Reidy and General Mojo's. All great acts.

Setlist: Samhain Saints - 3-15-2019 Your Mom's Place, Oklahoma City, OK

 Friday night I was at the Arkangela show in OKC with Samhain Saints and Letters To A Friend opening. I hopped up on stage for a song with the Saints as they covered "Pray to the Saw". The vocalist Big Will was in Son of the Saw with me as one of the family members, so it's only natural for them to do this track. They do a nice heavy rendition. Very cool.

Setlist: Fancy Bump - 2-27-2019 Red Brick Bar, Norman, OK

 This was my first time at the Red Brick with Fancy Bump. Friends of Johnny's called The Fills were having their first live show. In spite of the bad weather and icy roadways the bar stayed pretty busy through the night. The bands were cool, different than what I normally hear around here. Cool night.
