Veteran's Day Celebration and Fundraiser at Your Mom's Place. All day event. Started off slow on the outside portion with the cold gloomy weather. Opened with some Native prayers and a couple acts on the outside stage before moving indoors early. Lots of acts over the entire day from about 2pm until 2am. Even some last minute acts came on to replace the bands that had to drop out. Bad-ass food truck. Live music. Lots of donations for the vets. Even cooked some S'mores. Killer party.

After our night at Your Mom's Place closed up we decided to go hit an open mic ran by the talented Amanda Howle at the Hideaway Lounge. Pretty cool little place but they need to get a small P.A. to supply her with. She does well with what she has though. We listened to a few people as well as her. All good talent. This Train Wreck Variety Show was pretty fun. After we did our set we switched up instruments and just jammed with people. I switched to drums for a while and various people came up and joined in. Then the other guys switched around on things a bit with different people joining in on various instruments. Just a fun night.

This was the 2017 line-up of the Pallbearers 2nd and final gig for the season. The guys slayed it. We ripped through the set without any issues. They spent all day printing up CD's of our first gig on Friday the 13th to pass out to the attendees. Played with Oddfellas who were on tour. Those guys were killer.

This month we held the first "Christophe's Nightmare Cinema" as part of the Wizard World Pre-Party at Speeding Bullet Comics. It was pretty cool. WW supplied some pizza and we screened The Tingler with Vincent Price. This also happened to be the anniversary of Vincent Price's death. After the film I hosted a short discussion about it. I'm sure we will be doing it again. Much thanks are due to Wizard World, Speeding Bullet and Pizza King of Norman for this.
