Setlist: Christophe Murdock - 2-15-2019 The Resonator, Norman, OK

 Analgesic put together an all day concert in Norman to help raise money for them to do their first recording. It was an eclectic bunch of alternative, metal and punk. I opened the day up doing my solo bit. My first time at the venue. It's a cool open area. They host concerts and art shows. Sound system is on the lower end and couldn't keep quite keep up with my amp, so if I return it will def be on my acoustic.

 This was my first gig of the year. Returned to Kendell's. The place is looking nicer. Stage is fixed up with a house kit and what not there. The Mains are up on stands now giving me more room to move around. I dig it. I did two sets with Johnny of Fancy Bump playing in-between. I also jammed a few songs with him during his set.

 Monday nights Open Mic sessions. I canceled out Bum Fight due to non-payment. So it will be no more. For the time being we are still doing the Unwired Records Open Mic at Hideaway though. First set I was in a bad mood from someone disrespecting me, so I started playing a bunch of rude shit to piss him off. After that some friends came out and I ended up having a good time. Jammed with a new drummer for the 2nd set. Hope to get him in to try out for upcoming gigs.

Ryan Davis of a band called The Rust came out and did a dark bluesy dirge and Fun Abuse did some high-intensity ska-punk. We also had a few regulars get up and perform like Paxton and Jesse.  This was part of the "Pop Meets Punk Tour" with Down They Fall and ALBVS. We had a blast. All the bands were great. Garret and I opened and closed the night. Full set to begin with, then Pop Stars ALBVS came on and made all our panties wet. Down They Fall killed it on the Uke again. Happy Tuesday gloomed it up and then we got back on for a short encore set. Good turn-out for a Thursday night. Hope to play with all these acts again.

 I played at a friends party in Enid this weekend and had a blast. I got to see old friends I haven't seen in ages, meet some cool new people, watch classic Monster movies all night and eat some of the best food ever. I let our host write up my setlist, which was a lot of fun too. She picked a great order. Can't wait to do it all again!
