My final State Fair appearance for 2014. I think I enjoyed this one the most. The stage was more to my liking... Not as gigantic as the bandshell. Had a good time cutting it back and forth with the soundman over the pa. Had some good audience feedback too.

Day two of my 2014 State Fair experience. This time I had the full band out. We played at 8pm on a Saturday night. The lights in my face were so bright I have no idea if we had one or one hundred people there to see us. All I could see was this two big blinding lights that reminded me of police headlights. Our soundmen were cool. Had a little trouble at first with the echo because of how the stage was built. First time we brought all the amps out, but it seemed to go well and we had fun.

It was opening day of the Oklahoma State Fair. Doing one of the short fill-in sets I do every year. The first act never showed up, so I went on a few minutes early and played some extra songs. Weather was good, nice and cool. Soundmen were great. A little girl named Kailyn Joliff played after me. Her voice is much stronger than she looks. Impressive. Two more State Fair gigs to go. Looking forward to it.
