Setlist: Fancy Bump - 4-27-2019 TOLY Park, Norman, OK

 Saturday was a busy day. I had to make five different events in five different towns. My performance of the day was at TOLY Park during Norman Music Fest. TOLY Park is a pretty cool little spot with Food Trucks and will be hosting some cool events like screening a Star Wars movie this coming weekend. I played bass for Fancy Bump. We weren't running off a set list this time and I don't remember what all we played so I can't list the tracks. Johnny played solo for a while first and then Evan and I joined him and played most of the stuff we did on our last show before this one.

Setlist: Christophe Murdock - 2-2-2019 Kendell's, Oklahoma City, OK

 Back to Kendell's. We started an hour early this time. Johnny did a set, then I let some friend of Kendell's on stage for a bit. Just some guy that does a bunch of covers. He also got up and tried to play drums during my set for a few songs. Then I did my set, Johnny got back on and I closed the night off. I jammed with Johnny for a bit too playing bass. End of the night, twenty minutes after our time was over, I was playing a few more songs at the request of someone and someone else played music from their phone through an entire song. So after I finished the song I said, "Okay, I'm done" and started packing up my shit. The guy I allowed on stage got pissed off and was cussing at me for it so I got off stage to talk to him and he accused me of "bowing up to him" and told me how "I wouldn't like it". I said, "So what, are you gonna take a swing at me?" and took a swig of my beer. He did nothing. This is why I don't like sharing the stage with people I don't know. Very lame.

 Tonight we played the benefit for Leonard Hayes at Vik-Timz. This was the first show of the year for Fancy Bump and this was my first time to this bar, and I dug it. The owners Vicki and Tim were great. They raffled off a lot of cool prizes donated to help out Leonard. (I won a framed Wheaties Box with Jim Thorpe on it that is already hanging in my kitchen) A lot of cool bands played. Otis Watkins, The C-Note Band, Out Of Sane and Miley Virus. Also, some good BBQ and sides were served. Just a great show and a great time. Our set went great, better than any of our shows last year.

Setlist: Fancy Bump - 9-16-2017 Snug Lounge, Oklahoma City, OK

 Last night Fancy Bump played at the Snug Lounge and it did not go so well. We went on second, too much time spent on set-up because there were some problems with Johnny's personal pa. Several times it came unplugged from audience members getting on stage, which cut out guitar and vocals, then the guitar itself shorted out completely. So it ended up being a wreck. I don't think a single song went off without a hitch of some sort. We finally ended it about halfway through. The bands we played with were great, hopefully we get the opportunity to do it all again with better results.
