 This was my second time in Denton at J&J's Ol' Dirty Basement. A lot more fun this time. The last time the locals had canceled so I was alone. This time I brought in A New Life from Tulsa and met up with Darlington and Eddie from The Vatican Press, both from Texas. Had some people show up just to see me, so that was cool. Unexpected in a town where I thought I knew no one.

 This was a smaller convention as they go, but still pretty cool. They had an outside stage with band and an inside. It took place at the Wonderland of the Americas mall. A lot of charity booths as well as some cool artists. A kissing booth by Poison Ivy gave all the donations to Superman Sam, a two year old with a terminal illness. I did a simple solo set to a decent crowd. People sang along and I got decent tips. I had fun.

Setlist: Christophe Murdock - 05-05-2013 Central Texas Toy & Comic Expo, Embassy Suites, San Marcos, TX

 On short notice I went up to the Central Texas Toy & Comic Expo in San Marcos to visit family and set up a booth for The Hidden Cape Foundation. It was a very cool weekend. I got to hang out with Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster). Also met a lot of very cool people. The expo was a smaller one, so I was able to do a lot more hanging out and talking. I ended up acquiring a lot of autographed merch to give away in the fundraising. Doug Jones came up to me and said "I know you.", shook my hand and gave me a hug. It was a pretty cool weekend.
